SAM Pulsar terms of use

The service

SAM Pulsar provides organization tools, readiness tracking, document workflows, and access to professional support. It is not SAM.gov and does not guarantee registration approval, contract awards, or agency decisions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate information, appropriate account security, timely review of deadlines and notices, and final approval of any submission made to a government system.

Paid services

Pricing and scope shown at purchase govern paid services. Government registration fees are not included unless explicitly stated; SAM.gov registration itself is free.

Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, or use the product to impersonate another organization or person.
