Information we use
We use account, organization, service, document, task, and communication information to operate SAM Pulsar and provide requested support. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not intended to be stored in SAM Pulsar.
How information is protected
Access controls, authenticated sessions, audit-oriented records, and managed infrastructure are used to protect customer information. Customers should not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive identity data through ordinary messages.
Service providers
SAM Pulsar may rely on managed hosting, authentication, email, analytics, storage, and payment services to operate the product. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
